I incorporated my flagship company, Swarshilp Properties Limited, in 1995 and had a few close and known people to work with me, although the show was run by me personally. I was the Chairman and Managing Director at Swarshilp Properties Limited.

During its good times Swarshilp Properties Limited had gone public in 1996. The company was then very well-known and successful after it introduced the concept of ‘Flat with Furniture’ in August 1997 under the brand name of ‘Nandanvan’.

Swarshilp was very aggressive on marketing and selling as their concept of ‘Flat with Furniture’ was really picking up in the market. The company had completed five major projects by then and had done considerable amount of construction work.
